I have spent the last 20 years innovating and facilitating positive change for the operations and clients of a Global Engineering, Design & Construction firm with >25K employees and >$5B in annual revenues.  I am now excited to pass along years of lessons learned and hands-on experience to other companies needing a helping hand.

Why is there a picture of a donkey on your homepage??

Not only have I learned many lessons from my corporate life, but I have also learned quite a few, business applicable, lessons from owning and managing a farm.  While taking a sabbatical from corporate life, I was able to pursue a personal dream of starting a mini-farm where I can further explore my passions for organic and sustainable farming. Part of the process of "healing" the land for planting has involved working with horses and donkeys.  I have often found myself laughing at the surprising similarities between the skill sets necessary to coordinate large, global teams and those necessary to managing livestock.

The Creation of ICS

While on my corporate sabbatical, project opportunities continued to present themselves so I decided to start my own Management Consulting company, Integrity Custom Solutions (ICS).  Owning my own consulting company has enabled me the opportunity to enjoy my passions of helping others succeed and organic farming.  I have greatly enjoyed being able to deliver value to clients while also developing lasting friendships. 

 

The name, Integrity Custom Solutions, has great meaning to me:

• Integrity:  Above all, I value Integrity; both the Integrity of one's character and one's word.  I also believe in delivering solutions with integrity, meaning they are strong solutions with lasting value. 

• Custom:  The term Custom does not imply recreating the wheel, but rather it depicts that each solution should take into consideration the unique needs of each client and be scaled appropriately to deliver sustained value.   

• Solutions:  My personal passion is to deliver solutions that bring sustained value to individuals and companies.  Viable solutions often encompass a balanced mix of people, process, and tools (stated in order of importance). 

 

As emphasized above, I have always been one to "C" solutions when others see challenges.  I'm looking forward to talking with you to explore how I can deliver additional value to you and/or your organization.  Take care, and always chose an attitude of gratitude!
